Representative - Internal Auditor (in Denmark)

To strengthen our team, we are looking for a

Representative - Internal Auditor (M/F/X)
(32 hours)


As our representative in Denmark, you will be the first point of contact for existing customers and will handle new enquiries, professionally managing incoming calls and emails. You will guide companies through the sales process, bring in new business and respond quickly to customer queries.

Your role will cover sales, internal audits, consultancy services and related topics such as the EUDR. You will conduct internal audits on location to check whether customers comply with Chain of Custody certifications (e.g. FSC®/PEFC) and provide customised advice and recommendations to help customers improve and optimise their processes. This applies to the labels known within DuraCert, and for regulations like the EUDR.

We expect you to work independently, but you can count on the support of our international team when needed. We are looking for a professional who can maintain our high standards and effectively represent our company in the Danish market.



We are looking for a colleague who ...
 

  • has experience with Chain of Custody certification e.g. FSC® and PEFC;
  • is open to new challenges and eager to learn;
  • has good communication skills (Danish and English);
  • is enthusiastic, representative, customer-friendly and flexible;
  • is able to plan and organise own work;
  • is outcome-oriented with a strong sense of personal responsibility;
  • has knowledge of MS Office and CRM packages;
  • owns a driver’s license.

 

What do you need?
 

  • Bachelor´ś degree or equivalent experience with good analytical skills;
  • An (IRCA recognised) ISO 9001 Lead auditor training (or you are willing to follow this training in the short term);
  • 2 or 3 years of relevant work experience.

 

We consider it an advantage if...

You speak German in addition to Danish and English.
